Shipping Policy
We ship orders within the United States using reliable carriers.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Jhmarsi is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping Options
1. Standard Shipping
- Cost: Calculated at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days.
- Available throughout the United States.
2. Expedited Shipping
- Cost: Calculated at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days.
- Available in: The Rio Grande Valley area (Texas).
3. Express Delivery—Get it in less than 2 hours
- Cost: $19.99
- Available in: The Rio Grande Valley area (Texas).
- Hours: Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Conditions: Available for orders placed before 4:00 PM.
- Eligibility: Only certain items are eligible for express delivery. Eligible items will be marked with a “Get it in less than 2 hours” tag on the product page.
- Delivery subject to availability: If we cannot fulfill the express delivery, you will be refunded the express shipping fee.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date the item is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@jhmarsi.com with your order details.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Please note: Once we issue the refund, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider. This part of the process is outside of our control.
